Ochazuke is a Japanese
dish made by pouring green tea or sprinkle it over rice. Maiko's original Ochazuke-salt
allows you to enjoy this delicious dish by simply pouring some 'BuBu O-cha tsuke'
and hot water over rice. The Baachan-Kayu is a porridge (kayu) made from Japanese
rice, with a slight hint of maccha and wild plants from Japanese mountains to
add substance. Both the ochazuke and okayu make perfect light meals, for example
after consuming alcoholic beverages.
