a vessel with 500ml cold water and insert 1 tea bag of Mizudashi tea. |

Slow steeping
Prepare
it in the evening and place the tea in your refrigerator over night.
The next
morning you will be able to enjoy a delicous and refreshing beverage. |

Quick method
Insert
tea bag in cold water with ice...stir and shake. Serve when it has reached the
desired color and taste of your preference. | c)
preparation with tea pot
For
Mizudashicha on hot days use a tea pot with a small amount of hot water ( about
50ml ).
Then add ice cubes and let them melt. | | On
cold days please use warm water ( about 70 degress celsius ) and let the tea bag
steep for about 90 seconds. |
Genuine

Slower
steeping with 'lukewarm' water results in a tea with a genuine 'umami' taste =
